The auger drive is our flagship — same unit handles frozen ground in winter and tree stumps in autumn. That's why the drive itself is covered for five years. The drill bits that go in the drive are wear items, so they sit at twelve months. Everything else on the GORE line carries three years of coverage.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects and material flaws within the stated period
- Hydraulic components within spec (pressure, flow, temperature per datasheet)
- Welds, mounting brackets, and load-bearing structure under normal use
Not covered
- Normal wear on wear parts (teeth, chisels, seals, bushings, drill bits)
- Damage from overload, misuse, or operation outside specified conditions
- Third-party modifications not approved by Gore Engineering
- Corrosion or damage from storage in unsuitable environments

AWA
AWA warranty
AWA is administered by Gore Engineering LLC. Warranty terms are shorter than the GORE premium line, reflecting AWA's value positioning. Coverage requires registration within 30 days of purchase.

Registration requirement
AWA warranty is only valid if you register your product on Gore Engineering's official warranty portal within thirty (30) days of purchase. Registration must include: product serial number, purchase date, a legible copy of original receipt or invoice, and your full name + postal address + phone.
Non-transferable + geographic
AWA warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the product is sold, resold, transferred, or otherwise passed to a third party during the warranty period, the warranty terminates immediately. Warranty applies only in the country where the product was originally purchased.
Exclusions
- Normal wear (cutting edges, drill bits, seals, filters, hoses, belts, consumables)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, overload, accident, negligence, or use outside specified tolerances
- Unauthorised modifications, alterations, or repairs
- Improper storage or environmental exposure (e.g. weather-related corrosion)
- Use of non-original or non-approved parts, accessories, fuels, lubricants, or hydraulic fluids
- Maintenance or repairs performed by unauthorised persons or facilities
- Consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages — including loss of profit, loss of use, downtime, rental costs, or substitute-equipment costs

Send serial number, short description of the defect, and 2–3 photos showing the problem.

Attach proof of purchase (order number or invoice) for verification.
We come back with a decision once we have your details. Resolution in the normal case is replacement, repair, or credit, whichever fits the unit and your timeline best. AWA claims must additionally include the warranty registration ID (see Section B).
PAYMENT METHOD
Warranty regardless of how you paid
Warranty applies regardless of payment method — Klarna instalments, Net-30 invoice for businesses, Swish, or card. The warranty clock starts on delivery date, not on final payment. If you instal a GORE auger drive over 24 months, you still have three full years of warranty after the last payment clears.
